The Website declined to show this web page

Hi,
Any ideas on this?
I've uploaded through ftp and through Xara, but when I try and view the site, I get the error message: The Website declined to show this web page, HTTP 403 -
Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.'

I think I may have done something stupid with the index.htm file? I tried changing from index.html to index.htm but to be honest, I'm not really sure what I'm doing!

Check the email you received from the host as to where (what folder name) to place your web site.

A 403 error simply means the file isn't found. Likely the cause is putting up your web site into the incorrect folder level. Move the files to the correct folder level and you should see your web site.
