access violations

Whenever I make changes to a brush and try to save the brush, I get an "access violation" serious error from Xara message and Xara X crashes. It doesn't happen when I save as a new brush, but always when I select save. Any insights into this appreciated.

I get exactly the same thing. Strangely it only started to happen 4 or 5 weeks ago, but I can reproduce it time after time. I emailed Xara support re this, who suggested I download the latest version (patch) 1.0d, which I did, but I can still reproduce it.
I'll email this thread to Xara again.
