    Default Live Copy Bug

    Hi,

Trying out some things in dp7 and came across a repeatable error

    -Create an object
    -create live copy
-try to open the live copy by either doubleclick or rightclick>open live copy
-It opens, but gives an error message, continue and in the new window initially nothing shows
-click the tab and it shows the correct object(s).
When closing or saving opened live copy group, again an error message

Try deactivating the "Layers" mode in the layer gallery, or switch to "pages" mode, for example.

Yes, saw the thread about the open group error by you and indeed it opens when not selecting layers button from menu
But why do you want to do that?(deselecting layers, that's why they exist, don't you agree)
Seems a real big bug to me.

Yes, it's already confirmed fixed for the next update, though

The bug almost certainly occurs for edit inside of any type of object when the Layers button in the page and layer gallery is selected. Likewise, the fix works for all object types.

    Thanks Gerry for the reply,

Have toyed with the LC and like it's capabilities very much,
especially with clipviews and live effects
