Program will not open

Both Designer Pro and Web designer suddenly started to display this message when I try to run them making it impossible to open both programs:

Runtime error.... (see attached MS message)

I have windows 7.

Anyone know what this could be and how to resolve it?

I did a system restore and both Xara programs opened. Things seem to be back to normal.

I moved to a new house yesterday and set up a new internet connection including a new router. Not sure if this could have caused this issue.

Hi Tom,

Both Designer Pro and Web Designer connect to locate any new updates to the designs gallery. But I don't think that would cause the error you are seeing.

Have you opened a support ticket with Xara? http://support.xara.com

No I did not open a support ticket. Now after restoring I can't create the issue. If it happens again I will.
