ftp access problem

I have a website that a client has on a server that needs a implicit ftp over TLS and used file zilla initialy ( xara ftp would not work) to send over the webiste ( 100 pages) i have made a few amendments is there a way to do this type of ftp transfer in xara as initially it blocked me or is there a way in file zilla to only upload the changes like xara does if so how do you do it?

The problem is when you add new images or make modifications, Xara often rebuilds the files_folder.

What you can try is if you make modifications to page x, y, and z then upload those pages and the entire html_files_folder. I think that will work.
