Transparency - Navigational Bars (WD6)

Hi,

I have been trying to create the transparency of the navigational bars and might be confusing myself as it seems I am selected to many things and making everything go transparent, including the text. I simply want to create a navigational bar seeing text only with WD6.

Any assistance would be great.

You can create a navbar from the button that contains only text object. To do so, group the text object (with itself) and create a navbar with it selected.

Is this what you are trying to achieve?

If so, select your button rectangles (Ctrl click to select the rectangle and not the text) and then apply transparency.

Hmmm. I CTRL-clicked on the object which showed 50% transparency (in green). I selected it, chose 100% transparency and still showed up in green (slightly more transparent but not fully). Please let me know if I missed something.

Nevermind. Looks like I got what you posted to work but isn't there a way (might be what you posted) to make the template examples to work? I will took around or just create some more copying your example.

I tried copying what you provided and when I did a preview I could not see it. I will try a couple other things...I might be slow in the head.
