Replacing bitmap in SINGLE image- it updates all.

Hi
I know I saw a video on how to do it from scratch, but I dont remember now. Why does it update all the images in a row? and how do I just update 1? place it on a new layer?

hold ctl while drappging the image over. and replacing just one image.

I found it after i posted, it popped up, although a search first had no results.
So hold CTL while dragging new image, works.
