Is this attached name Kathy done with Xara 3D and if so how is it done.

Welcome to Talkgraphics.

The animation does look like it was made in Xara 3D.

The color (texture) is a raster (bitmap) image. The font is one I have not seen before, although it may have been modified in Xara Designer, or may be shapes created within Designer.
