Hi Tony. I am sorry for difficulties you have encountered.

The DLL's have not been able to register on your machine. Please can you provide me with your ticket number (presuming you have submitted a support request to Xara) and we will need to obtain some additional informaiton prior to sending you a solution to resolve the problem

Well, you people not answering his question.
I believe ther is a major problem with yoour software.
I just downloaded your trial version, form XARA website, and...guess what??? I am getting same error:FAILED TO REGISTER THE DLL'S REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAM
So, dear XARA Admins, what do you have to ssay about that?
I am webmistress of 4websites, and honestly I had more frustrations with your product -Webstyle 4, then i had with anything else.
So what would be yoour answer to that?
Or maybe I should purchase your product and thenn be STUCK with non working software, and then maybe you will ask me for my "ticket" number instead just give a solution answer.. Or.. do you even know it yourself?

Hi by providing your ticket number, someone from the Xara Support team would have emailed you the solution to the problem!

Can you provide your ticket number please or can you suibmit a support request?
