Can't activate the program !

Hi all, yesterday I purchased WD7 Premium and received a mail from Xara with my serial number. Domnloaded the trial, and pasted the serial number in the window. So far so good, but the red cross beside it stays red. So I can't activate... Did anybody else have this problem ?

Marcia are you copying the entire serial number including the leading P2-?

Copy only the portion after the "P2-" and paste into the activation dialog.

No I didn't copy the P2-... I've send a message to Xara support, but they didn't answer me yet

Sorry Marcia, that was the problem I had when registering a previous version and the only thing I could think of that may cause the problem.

Marcia ... I had the same problem the day that I downloaded the program.. however, the next day the program registered ok.. may be a lag in the update on Xara's server. Or the server is overloaded by all trying to register.

Guys, I did something incredible stupid ! I purchased WD7Premium and I downloaded the WD7 trial.. Clicked on the wrong button. That's why the serial number didn't fit. Now all's ok. Sorry for that...
