Repel Text under Transaparent Object

Is this a feature or a bug?

If you make an object (vector or bitmap) 100% transparent, a Repel Text Under setting is ignored. You can take it upto 99.5% transparent.

(I wanted to move some text to reflect the position of a shape on a different layer.)

Hi Simon,

I think this is a feature that follows along with the feature that 100% transparent objects cannot be selected by clicking. I don't recall which version introduced the feature.
