Can't Move Guides after they have been placed

For some reason after I drop a guide I can't move it with my mouse. I am using Xara Extreme Pro 5.1.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Hi John,

This has happened occasionally.

I believe the most often cause is the Magnetic Snap Radii have some how become set to 0.

The attached image shows the usual settings.
