Need help with Font

I am having no luck figuring the 2 fonts on this art work. I have a project in mind that I would like to use the 2 fonts found on this art work and I dont seem to have or are able to find any that matches. I dont care if I need to purchase them as I am sure I can use them for a lot of projects.

Font # 1 - ''You are cordially''
Font # 2 - ''INVITED''

Any help in this regard would be fantastic. I could be wrong and their could very well be more then 2 fonts if so, please advise.

The non-script typeface is Belwe. The version I have is from Bitstream. Still working on the script typeface.

Ok, I have to throw in the towel on the script typeface. However, if you go to MyFonts.com and look at the script faces, you may find what you're after.
