animation frame gallery; deleting frames

I just want to ask if there is a way to delete a couple of frames at ones.
I mean, like delete frame 20 to/through 60 and then the 40 frames will be deleted
instead of pressing the delete button 40 times?

I think you are going to have to use the labor intensive method.

Yeah, I was afraid that that was the case since I looked everywhere for it in the help section.
