cannot open template download

I have windows 7 running on HP laptop.
Using DP6. High speed internet.
Using MS Security Essentials. Have not tried disabling it.

I want to use a newsletter template.
Message says I need to download templates.
Downloaded it and ran it w/o saving it.
It failed with the attached message.
Downloaded again and saved it.
Ran it and it failed again. Tried this process with DP6 running and DP6 not running.
Failed either way. Any ideas?

I disabled MS Security Essentials, deleted previous saved copy of template download, shut down DP6 after new download completed, then opened the saved template file. It opened ok this time. NOw, back to work. Peter

Please delete the contents of your temp directory c:\users\peter\AppData\local\temp and then try again.
