    It probably is if you're willing to hack the xara .exe file with a resource editor, but that would probably be illegal and you would risk killing your xara .exe

    that Xara uses for the splash screen that if you could find it, you could substitute another file for it with the same name. Xara does not know what the image looks like, only what it is called.

    The splash image is imbedded in the DLLs. You could use something like SnagIt to capture it. Rich

    You need open XaraXenu.dll file, section Bitmap, scroll down to the "101" bitmap and substitute this file. It is must be BMP file.
    I did it after your question.
    XaraX works with another splash now :-)
    Oh, I did this with Restorator (source editor}.
    But I think it is not very good idea yet...

    1. Send me your splash picture 487x301 pix, 8-bit color, BMP

    2. I'll change DLL and will send it to you.
