Xara Error

I just got xara web design 6 and whenever I try to change a bitmap it says serious error report with this sequence c41cd146-194a-4630-9416-7fae5deb1862

and when I try to save the page it closes out completely
How can I fix this?

Sometimes it helps if you close the program, then right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. You only need to do this one time.

Also, make sure you have installed the latest updates. In the Help menu select About Xara Web Designer. You should have version 6.0.1.13296 DL

If not then click Update Program and follow the instructions. (Ignore the first message.)
