As Gary Priester pointed out in the XaraXone, Bitmaps objects which are deleted and no longer used in a drawing are now automatically removed from the bitmap gallery when then file is saved and closed. SUPER.
Also, I believe that Xara will now display more than 10 templates in the File > New menu.
These fixes are very helpful. Thanks one more time.
