I recently downloaded a trial version of Xara3d and must say it is an aewsomne program. After I create my artwork in Xara, I have tried to export the file in gif format for use in Frontpage 2000. I have clicked on the Transparent box and matched the background in Frontpage. No matter what I do, the final output in the gif format looks nowhere near what the file looks in Xara. What am I doing wrong? Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi Foxman,

I'm not sure from your post exactly what the problem could be. Please provide more information about how the gif differs from what you see in Xara3D.

I haven't experienced any problems using gifs created in Xara3D with FrontPage 2000. I created this example for you to see the results I've been getting.

    Soquili:

Thanks for your help. In my case, the image in Frontpage 2000 looked like an outline sketch without the vivid colors. I will try what you suggested.

Foxman, if you have any more problems or questions don't hesitate to ask. Everyone here is very helpful, and can answer most questions. If the question gets too technical, Xara Ltd. support is easy to contact.
