pdf image files into php files

I have some pdf image files, i need converted into php image files and i need to do some image slicing for a facebook app, please help!!

as I understand it PHP is a programming language, there is no such thing as a PHP image file..... but I may be wrong

I installed php 7 and i have an image splitter, can someone at least help me in slicing the images i have which are in pdf files.

Apparently ... again ... you can script image processing via PHP language which uses the GD library functions (when installed on the server)

How would i go about doing that, all i need is these files put in php format. Do you know how to do image slicing?
