Pop up/hoover ads

I know..... we all hate them, but I have a need for using this now and then as a reminder on a website. Does anyone recommend an easy hoover ad creator that works well with Xara designed website. Preferably DHTML.

Which hoover ads are you creating?

One is for a monthly chat reminder and one for a last day reminder for various sales and specials.

Just want them drop drop down or slide in and stay for a few second then vanish.
