Just curious how you got the checker effect?

    Thanks

    checkers:
make a square image (usually 10x10).
use the paintbrush tool set to half of the width/height of the image. Paint one corner, then the opposite corner.
Do the same to the other two corners, but with a different color.
In the image you want the checker, select the flood fill/paint bucket tool. Select the PATTERN box thingy (where it has Color, Gradient, Pattern, Null). Select the checker. Flood fill.
    grids:
make a square image (usually 10x10).
use the paintbrush tool set to 1 pixel. paint two sides (left or right AND top or bottom).
In the image you want the grid, select the flood fill/paint bucket tool. Select the PATTERN box thingy (where it has Color, Gradient, Pattern, Null). Select the grid. Flood fill.

On the image it's a grid, not a checker. You've got them both just in case, though. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif You can try different patterns on images that way.. like pinstripes, diagonal lines and such. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
