Firstly, these are the best xara web designer templates I have see, and they seem to be good value for money. Having said that, I personally believe in creating from scratch and have never used a template, but again these are really something else.

you can mimic any template design, just go to a template site and look at how they design a button , menu etc.. the rest is simple.
