Problem to publish my web

I've been doing some tests and everything went perfect until I went to the Publish option: It introduced my 'FTP Host Address', 'FTP Username' and 'FTP Password' and when he accepted a small window appeared that put' Uploading ... / 0% '. Nothing happened and after a few seconds an error message appeared Xara Web Designer: 'You have exceeded the timeout for the operation. "

Can a Web Designer Xara error or a limitation of this trial?
Can there be a problem with my ISP?

It might be a problem with your ISP.

Is there a sub-directory that you have to put your files? Some ISPs have a special folder for client's websites like public_html

If you upload your files to the wrong directory, the program can time out because you are not in the correct directory.

You ISP's website will have instructions for FTP Settings.

If this does not work, tell us and we will find some other method.
