Xara's antialiasing is great for most things, makes it look all the more sharp and professional. It's only text that it kills. Xara needs to keep this feature, but just have another feature, as Klaus said, to turn it off!

As a test, I created a quick version of this in CorelDraw 9. Had to play with the settings somewhat before I got it right, but at least they have an option on their export dialogue to turn off anti-aliasing. You'll notice that the plus sign shifted a little in the export, but it's clear otherwise.

Thanks for your responses, folks. I got great leads from you all. But I am not so sure how I can turn off antialiasing in Xara. Any ideas?
