This is a very straightforward form really. There are several websites that let you create a form on their site and then generate a code which you can copy and paste into a placeholder (Web Properties > Placeholder > Replace with HTML:) I use email me form, there are several others including JotForm and Coffee Cup The form you linked to also includes a captcha filter which is the numbers and letters a user has to key in before the form can be submitted. This cuts down on but does not entirely eliminate spam being sent from your form.

Gary is giving information on constructing a html contact form however you asked in Web Designer forum for information on a Flash contact form. Here is a link to the Adobe site which give info on a Flash forum: http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/a...reating_forms/

You might find this easier as the Adobe one used "Cold Fusion": http://www.tizag.com/flashTutorial/flashforms.php

Having found the info for you I would recommend that you use html as it it easier.
    Design is thinking made visual.

You cannot create flash forms in Xara.
Xara's flash capability is designed only for simple animations.

To create them from scratch you would need Adobe Flash.
You can get free flash form templates from the web as .fla files but you still need Adobe Flash to open and customise these. These generally need an accompanying .PHP file, so your host must support PHP as well.

Stick with embeddable HTML forms like those linked by Gary, or use something like this simple PHP Mailer
