I just need to know if the keywords on webpage properties are all I need to optimize to help Google rankings.

If you are talking about the keyword meta tags (Utilities >> Web Properties >> Page tab) then no. These tags carry little weight with search engines. The page title and visible text content on the page are what count the most.
