Wanted: Freelancer in Sydney to maintan .XAR website, SEO

Hi,

are there any freelancer around Sydney (Australia) to maintain a website that has been created in Xara:

-website needs to maintained in the .XAR file;
-add new content (will be provided in word, email);
-make changes, add menus, rename menus, add page, design a new page based on content;
-rip video from DVD, convert to .FLV, upload videos (knows about .FLV);
-receive scanned artwork on paper or .PDF and make it web friendly;
-SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to rank a page in google;
-GOOGLE ANALYTICS to pull statistics on request (will need to be embedded in the current .XAR file);
-good communication skills: working with people who are not computer literate and explain complex processes in a simple manner;
-catch up for meetings and briefings in our office in Sydney;

Updates don't occur often (e.g. once a month) so payment would be based on case-per-case basis.
