Internet Explorer 9 and my website

If I go here http://www.sheffieldweather.co.uk/Live%20Weather.htm in say firefox 3.6.10 the page displays properly.

The same in IE8

However in IE9 it comes up the wrong size.

If I go directly to the page http://www.sheffieldweather.co.uk/meso2/index.html in IE9 it displays properly.

Anyway to work around this in web designer 6???

Internet Explorer 9 is BETA. Wait until full release, then check.
