    Default repeating objects

    Hello,

Not a problem but a question.

I like the idea of repeating objects on a page especially for elements that are on all pages. My question is is it possible to not repeat on a particular page. For example, my index page is slightly different than the rest of my pages, it includes the same elements but they are further down. I would like to repeat some elements on all pages excluding the index page. I know that I can remove the repeated objects from a page but when I update repeated objects will this then re add the elements to the page where I don't want them?

    Thanks

    Andrew

If the repeatable object doesn't exist on a page it won't it be added when you update repeatable objects.

Web Designer 6 and Designer 6 Pro has a new option, Stop Repeating (bottom of the Arrange menu). You can select a repeating object and click Stop Repeating and then specify All Copies or Just this Copy.

    Very useful new feature.
