Page closing problem.

I created another page on the site, 'Street Fair.' From that page via the button titled 'Street Fair Menu' you go to the Menu (pdf file). But when you close the menu you are not back to the Street Fair page.

On all my other pages via nav bar you go to the pdf's and return when closing the pdf.
I did something wrong with that Street Fair Menu, just don't know what it is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Link to the PDF (Website Properties > Link) and have it open in a new page. Open Link in: New Window (Blank).

This opens a new page or new tab but does not leave the site. So when the PDF is closed, the last page visited remains.
