Simple ad serving or ad rotation

Hi all,

I'm looking for a simple way to serve display ads inside a web page. This can be just a rotating ad, so whenever the page refreshed, it would show the next ad in "line".

Not looking for "ad sense", these would be local ads we would be inserting.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

If none of that works for you here's a flash site that has a free banner rotator. You have to register in order to download, but worth it, I think.
