Default Making two nav menus the same size?

I've been using Xara since version 2.0... but, still trying to learn some of the latest "web features" in version 6 Pro.

On this site http://wichitafalls.org/holiday2010/index.htm I created two menus on the left hand side.

I would like them to be the same width, but I'm not having any luck. If I set it to "size automatically based on the text" I get what you see now... one wider than the other.

If I uncheck the "size automatically" they change, but I'm not able to get them to resize...

am I going to have to break into the nav graphics and edit them?

Uncheck Adjust Button Widths to Labels.

And make sure your button is wide enough to accommodate all of your text.

I tried doing that first, but it didn't work... it will not let me drag the menu wider...

No you cannot drag the menu larger. You need to start from scratch. But now that you know how wide your buttons need to be, plan ahead.

    There is another option.

Duplicate the larger of the two nav bars. Double click to edit and change the links and titles as needed.
