    Default How do you insert Google ads in website using Web Designer 6

    I am testing out web designer 6 , before I purchase it I need to be able to insert Google ads and search. So "How do you insert Google ads in website using Web Designer 6"?
    and is it possible to insert html code .... easily?

    Welcome Wayne,

    The answer to you question is 'YES'...easly !
    You can do almost anything with 'placeholders (check help)

    To test, you can copy your google code to the clipboard then in Web Designer right-click on the page and select 'Paste HTML code'
    WD will create the placeholder for the code. You can check the code in Web Properties>>Placeholder>>Replace with HTML code and, as you will not doubt realise, this is how you can add code manually. EG: Draw a shape on the page, open Web Properties go to the Placeholder tab and insert you code into the 'Replace with HTML code' area, then 'Apply'. The shape define the size/area that the code will occupy on 99% of cases. So this is a great for WYSIWYG.
    design.

    Remember, WD is not a HTML editor, so don't go looking got internal HTML code because there isn't any until you export the page/site. The is when WD generates the HTML from your design.
