Default line width

XD6 defaults to 0.67 pix every time i hit escape when I'm drawing. Why is that and how do I set the default line width?

My template is set for 1 pix line width.

Is GNOMRA off?

My template is set for 1px line and remains so even after hitting ESC

its a change in version 6

hitting esc with nothing selected restores your gnomra settings to default [hitting esc with object selected still deselects as before]

the gnomra is a program default - not the one you loaded with your template - 0.67px [actually => 0.5pt same thing]

I can see the logic in it - if i worked that way I would like it - I don't [in both cases]

EDIT - there again - if steve's template works maybe it should stay set
second EDIT: just checked with gnomra on, it will default to 0.67px even if 1px document is loaded as default [clicking ESC with nothing selected]

When drawing it stays on the selected line width when I hit escape the first time but changes to 0.67 pix when I hit escape the second time.

yes it will - thats how it works now - clicking escape with nothing selected resets defaults

I checked it through, gnomra on and off - the reset is for the program default [0.67px] and not the loaded template setting, as far as I can see
