adding a comment section?

is it possible to create a comment section using XWD6?
Here is a sample of a comment section i would like to create

There are a thousand answers to this question. It depends on where you are intending to get the comments.

From Wordpress?
From Youtube?
From your own database?

Etc.

Please expand on exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
