Not necessarily. At least one of the Canadians further east (me) is still waiting. And I am heading out to the east coast tomorrow before the mail comes, so I won't be able to enjoy the CD's until I get back next week. Ah, but I will savour that experience in delayed gratification!

Try using the key you were given for the download rather than the one on the envelope.

The license number should also be listed in your account Service Area at xara.com

Hi,
I just came back from my account and the serial# listed for the program is different from the one that came with the new CD.
I will run CCleaner and see what happens, also I ordered the manual separately and it hasn't arrived yet is it shipping?

I have WD Pro 6 download. Do I need to re-install from the CD to get more features or does the download version and CD contain all the same features?

To clarify..

Designer Pro 6 / Xara Photo & graphics Designer 6.

Once you have installed and activated the download, select help followed by download templates. This will allow you to download and execute the content installer delivering the full product resources.

The current CD version is rev 13287. The download is rev 13205. There will be a patch update for the Download to update it to the same revision as the CD.

Therefore the current advantage of reinstalling from the CD is you have the latest revision. Id imagine the patch for the download will be released in the coming weeks
