I'm not sure if Web Designer can load Adobe Illustrator files? If yes, there are some free resources like icons and frameworks for web designers out there.

Designer 6 can open them . One file says: This is an Adobe® Illustrator® File that was
saved without PDF Content, but icons, ui elements and colors are imported without a problem.

This framework is released as a complete web designer kit for free. Even for commercial use. I just require a link to this page
