Hi Gary,

On the scrolling photo captions, the Scroll right example shows nothing but I think that is because both your background and font are white.

I'm still working my way through it. The scrolling photo captions is a neat addition.

They all work fine on the page as far as I see?

It is the DIRECTION=RIGHT image Steve.

It works fine in IE 8 and Chrome but not in Firefox. Not sure why that would be unless for some reason, Firefox does not support that command.

Great workbook, as always.

I just took a look at the scrolling captions using FireFox and none of them scroll. The captions display left justified and no movement.

Gary, change:

BGCOLOR=9EB0C2 change it to BGCOLOR=#9EB0C2
Or use the name 'LightSteelBlue '

Bill, all scrolling works in FF 3.6.6 here.
Have you any extensions which you can temporarily disable and then check?

Steve my FireFox is 3.5.6. I don't use it often and was not aware there was an update.

Of course your location is hours ahead of mine's so you are always ahead of me.

Checking for an update only shows 3.5.10 is available??

EDIT: Just saw your link and FireFox 3.5.6 shows scrolling.

Note: the Slide scroll stops when it hits the left side of the page, all others continue their scrolling.

Downloaded and installed FireFox 3.6.6 and the scrolling captions in Workbook 84 are now working.

The were all working for me last night with the exception of the direction right one. Now that Gary has made the change, they all work for me in FF.
