Default Text is longer than the size of the website

    Hello good morning everybody,

sorry for this stupid question but I am a "learner" using the webdesigner.

I want to show a long text on one website. Sometimes I put a link to a pdf.file on a placeholder but I feel that this is not very elegant.

Is it possible to put a scrollable textbox on the website or is there any other solution?

    Thanks for your help

You can use an iframe which scrolls the content from another page in your site.

    Thank you so much Sledger,
the problem in the German Help function is that you don't find the translation for iframe in the search function. It just says: add HTML...
    You solved my problem again.
    Thank you

The <iframe tag is not something available in the software. In fact there are no HTML tags available in the program because it's not a HTML editor.
So you won't find this in the help file.
It's a html method you employ yourself via a placeholder, like so many other things you can do
