As far as I know its about 6 weeks given I was quoted 7 weeks about a week ago.
You wont get anything you haven't already got in the download version though as all the templates, fonts, clipart and fills are downloaded after install - just like with the trial version, asuming you have the latest downloaded trial version?

ah i unlocked the trial but didnt do the download templates - happy now
