Jpeg in background

Can somebody help me please?

I need to have in backgroung photo or another jpeg. Page must be dynamic and backround must be not scrolled, example this site: http://cizatice.ocu.sk

Can xara WD6 do this?

Use "don't scroll background" tweak from the tweakset.

Yes, as teddy bear John says, just need the 'Do not scroll background' tweak added to prevent vertical scrolling.
Horizontal scrolling is already disabled in the first example.

I have another question if it's ok. Would it be possible to have the W with the Pen Logo be static also? It's on a totally different layer but is it possible to make other layers or images be static?
