Black background colour not saving/loading

I'm experiencing a problem when I save a document with a black color applied to the page.

Eg. I drag black colour onto the page for a black background. I preview it and it looks fine (all black). But if I save the file, close it and then load it again the black background is retained in the editor but the preview shows all white!

This is happening to me in Pro and WD and I just noticed it only seems to happen with black, the other colours work as expected.

Yes, confirmed. And it does only seem to be black. I'll log this bug.
