I like the bottom one most. I notice in all of them the top of the symbol appears continuous with the whitespace of the background - is that intentional? Is there significance to the symbol?

They seem to be best printable, the other are more usable in web environment.

I'm with Ross on this one(of course He and Gary are both two of my "Graphic Building Heros" anyway!), the bottom one is the best......All of them are very cool! Very nice work!
