Hi Sharx, which version are you using?
Is this an issue after a new install? If so it could be the .dll export filter for pdf may not have registered correctly.
An Uninstall, disable any registry tracking apps (antivirus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, etc.) then doing a reinstall should fix the problem.

It happened to me all I did was open it as administrator and it was there .
