Text link problem w/ WD6

I put text on the page and applied a link to it but the text doesnt show when I preview or export the page. Menu buttons work but I don't want buttons. Help would be appreciated.

Finally figured it out. I created a layer called "Front" and made sure it was at the top of the layer list, selected each of the text objects and moved each text object to the "Front" layer using dropdown menu "Arrange" and clicked "Move to Layer in Front".
Now I just have to figure out why each text object is not acting like a grouped link on mouseover. The text and double carrat I use are acting as separate links.

Yes, anything that is not on the base layer, usually MouseOff (WD) or Layer 1 (Xtreme/Designer) will not show up on your site. But you have already discovered this.
