Xtreme is awesome but it's a shame there's no Array or pattern system.
An instance mechanism would be quite useful also.

You can use the 'Duplicate Distance' (Options>>General>>Document editing) setting to create arrays.
The dialogue is non-modal which means it can stay on screen as you edit the x/y distances to create your H/V arrays.
