That's lovely! Hard to believe a vector illustration program like Xara can produce something so painterly!

I don't think I welcomed you to the forums before. I'm sure I can speak for everyone - It is great to have your participation. I hope you share your Xara experiences with us.

Regards, Ross

Hello Katsu

Your image is very beautiful and delicate. It looks like you used pastel chalk to draw your flowers.

Thanks Ross, Gary. Both of your comments encourage me to post another trial.

Hello Katsu,

I like your drawings very much. You have a beautiful use of brushes.

And a big Hello to Japan! Your country has not so much members on this forum.
In another domain I experienced with the excellent free plugins created for Lightwave 3D by generous japanese people. I have also good friends (botanists because... take a look at my profile) in Chiba and Shizuoka University!

Kind regards,

ivan

Thanks Ivan.

Photoshop is the most poplura here and many books are available so many use it. Another reason is many Japanese do not understand English well. I hope I will translate how to use XaraX in Japanese sometime.

For those who interested in the brush here is my way of creating the brush. Hope it will be any help.

Katsu

... what a great debut! A very nice technique on your images, a brush for all of us and a tutorial to go! Wow! Welcome!

I can't wait to see what else you can come up with!

Super!
