Rhino handles all DWG stuff, assuming you mean the AutoDesk format. If you mean the DrawingBoard format, I can convert it for you.
However, if you'll use Rhino you **might** run into trouble, because the AutoCAD apps lack precision - rendering joint objects or subtracted objects might show irregular gaps.
No, don't say it's a problem of Rhino. Rhino is 10 times more precise compared to AutoCAD & co. I ran several tests last year because I had to convert files from DWG to 3DM. On the other hand: the 2D AutoCAD drawings are even worse ;-}
