    Default Both Ways - Stereogram

This is two stereograms of the same image.

The top portion is intended for parallel viewing (eyes look straight ahead)

The bottom half is intended for cross eye viewing.

If you look at the bottom half with parallel viewing, the circle and dots will appear to go back. If you view it with eyes crossed, the circles and dots will come forward. And vice versa.

Ye Gods! I CAN SEE IT! First time. The bottom one with my eyes-crossed and 'hovering'. I take it back about the conspiracy theory Gary

Can't see the top one at all Ankhor and can't guarantee I'll see any others! Look at the bottom one with crossed eyes then let the images slowly drift back almost together. There are two rings floating alongside each other in the center of the image.

Look neodist, I know that other might see something, but it doesn`t matter
how I try, it just doesn`t happen for me. I don`t know what it is.
I also did coloured dot test, and I didn`t see the 2 in the 26 and the 8 I saw as an 3. so I also have colorblindness.
about 3% of the populous has it and another 3% in the other colour region. (I have red-green)
So there I can also see thing differently. It only shows that you can`t believe your eyes.
(advantage is that you can see more contrast and better in the dark.)

I know, it has shown here before, but in he menu there is an option
to see what colorblind people see and designers could take this into account in their webdesign.
in the 'vision simulation.' as described here under 'design implications of colorblindness.'

    and another one

Hmm by all that I added it probably should go in the web section now
    I'll let the moderators decide.

Didn't realise that advantage of colourblindness. I haven't been able to see any of the other stereograms - staring 'behind' the screen, letting it unfocus, nothing works for me, it's just one of those things. This one made my eyes ache so I won't be risking it too often - I'll retire while I'm ahead as it were.
